- If you are in the Sechelt, BC area and would like to pick up your order please let me know in the comments and your shipping fee will be refunded. Once your order is received you will be sent an email with directions for pick-up location. Delivery may be available within the Sechelt area; if you require this option please get in touch by email before making your order to ensure this is possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
All products are final sale. As the majority of our products are upcycled or recycled some defects are naturally occurring – such as knots for joins and at times some excess fraying. If you feel your product is damaged above and beyond what is considered normal for these products please contact info@asterandvine.com with photos of the problem to discuss an exchange.
