CROCHETED PURSE PATTERN

This beautiful crocheted purse (or clutch) pattern works up quickly and is a great project for the beginner crocheter who is ready to bump up their skills a notch. Use 3mm recycled cotton rope to make a great 4-season purse or choose raffia yarn for a light summer bag or clutch.

Materials needed:

- - Approximately 250 feet of 3mm Aster & Vine recycled cotton rope and 6mm crochet hook OR 1 roll of Aster & Vine raffia yarn and 5.5mm crochet hook.
- - Adjustable cork strap or 9” of ½” cork strapping, key clip, and 2 chicago screws (information on where to purchase in the pattern).
  - Tapestry needle, scissors

Techniques/stitches used: Magic loop, chain, single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet.

Level: Advanced beginner

How to Make a Christmas Boot

2 500 gram rolls of Aster & Vine t-shirt yarn (Brick Red & Moss used in the samples shown)
